What we collect

When you contact us, book a consultation, send a testimonial or subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you give it) and anything you write. Messages can include information about your health and wellbeing, which the law treats as sensitive information. Please only share what you're comfortable with.

If you arrived from another website or a link with tracking tags (for example from a newsletter), we note that source with your enquiry so we know how people find us.

If you become a client, George keeps notes of your coaching sessions.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a consultation and provide coaching.
• To send the newsletter, only if you've subscribed and confirmed your email address.
• To publish your testimonial, only if you've sent one and agreed to it being published with the name and role you chose.
• To keep the website secure, for example by limiting repeated submissions. We store a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for this, never the address itself.

We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

How we use AI

George uses an AI service (Claude, by Anthropic) to help with administration: summarising enquiries so urgent ones are seen first, drafting replies, preparing for consultations, and turning his session notes into action points. Only the text needed for each task is sent. Your name, email address and phone number are not. AI never makes decisions about you, and nothing it writes is sent to you without George reading and approving it. Under Anthropic's commercial terms, this information isn't used to train its models.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run the website. Some of them may store or process information outside Australia:

• Vercel and Neon: host the website and our database, in Sydney, Australia. Vercel also provides cookie-free visitor statistics (pages viewed, never who you are).
• Resend: sends our emails (United States).
• Anthropic: the AI service described above (United States).
• Cloudflare: checks that form submissions come from people, not bots, and forwards email sent to our addresses.
• YouTube and Vimeo: show the videos on our Resources page. YouTube supplies the thumbnails, and a video only loads if you press play.
• WhatsApp (Meta): carries your messages if you choose to contact us there.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any newsletter email. You can ask us to remove a published testimonial, or to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, by emailing info@peakconsultancy.org.
