George Bosire is the Senior Consultant at Peak Consultancy. He's an internationally accredited coach with the ICF (International Coaching Federation) and dedicates his time and energy to helping people get better results in their lives. Having worked in the healthcare sector alongside doctors for over a decade, he's well aware of the workplace challenges and other sources of stress and angst that come with a demanding career.

Prior to coaching doctors, George was involved in helping owners of GP clinics to improve their practices by implementing systems that ultimately improve patient care, boost staff morale and promote job satisfaction. He has also worked with entrepreneurs, small business owners, athletes and other healthcare professionals such as nurses and physiotherapists to help them implement habits that are successful in achieving a fulfilling and thriving work/life experience.

George is well known for his optimistic, kind and forward-thinking attitude that has enabled him to consistently help doctors and other professionals achieve the results they desire, so they can lead successful lives of both professional excellence and personal fulfilment.

Having started with doctors, he now brings the same approach to professionals, business owners and teams in every field, and finds joy in uplifting, elevating and adding value to the people he works with. He spends his other time engaging in sports, marathon and obstacle racing events, and enjoying life with family, friends and his local community.
